Job Summary: A professional responsible for operating and ensuring the functionality of automation systems, providing support in system development, assisting with electrical installations, and performing maintenance on CCTV, SDAI, and automation systems. Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on security systems **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Operate and ensure the functioning of automation systems; * Provide support in developing automation systems/screens to meet the shopping center's needs; * Assist with the shopping center's electrical installations; * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on CCTV, SDAI, and automation systems; * Supervise third-party companies; * Verify access control systems, ensuring the proper operation of facial recognition readers and electromagnetic locks for turnstiles and doors; * Install and ensure the proper functioning of emergency buttons for store tenants. **Required Knowledge:** * Familiarity with SDA fire alarm systems (Simplex); * CCTV, automation, BACnet and Modbus communication protocols; * Programming languages: Ladder logic, Basic, C; electrical commands; * Knowledge of NR10, NR35, and SEP regulations.
