Job Summary: You will work in an agile team, supporting the implementation and evolution of the Salesforce ecosystem, with a focus on Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Personalization. You will be responsible for supporting the Martech team in adopting new features, integrations, and technologies to continuously improve results and customer experience. **Roles and Responsibilities:** * Develop and evolve solutions on the Salesforce platform, focusing on Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Personalization * Support the implementation of new use cases for data activation, segmentation, and personalization * Collaborate with Martech, Business, and Technology teams in an agile environment * Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems via APIs * Contribute to best practices in platform architecture, development, and governance **Essential Qualifications:** * Solid experience as a Salesforce Developer * Development in **Apex, Triggers, LWC, SOQL, and SOSL** * Knowledge of **Salesforce Data Cloud** and its core concepts * Experience with **Salesforce Marketing Cloud** and Personalization * Knowledge of system integrations and REST APIs * Experience in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in Martech projects * Knowledge of data, segmentation, and campaign activation * Experience in large-scale corporate environments (banks, fintechs, large enterprises) Our mission is to help companies unlock the full potential of Data and Digital to enhance performance, drive transformation, and generate new growth levers and competitiveness.
