The professional will be responsible for: * Ensuring the quality of products and processes supplied to external customers through on-site product verification; * Performing visual and dimensional inspections on covers, blanks, and fabrics; * Participating in the analysis and resolution of problems detected at the customer site by verifying factors involved in the product and process; * Providing prompt assistance and support upon request for inspections and containment activities, organizing a systematic work approach to perform the task; * Assisting in monitoring the dispatch of Corrective Actions issued in response to identified nonconformities, through follow-up at the customer’s production line; * Collecting data, performing records, and submitting information regarding incidents at the customer site to the ATC; * Cascading customer-related information to production, engineering, and quality teams as appropriate; * Participating in FMEA analysis and new project meetings, sharing complaint reports, nonconformity information, and lessons learned; * Segregating suspect and/or nonconforming parts for return analysis; * Performing rework and adjustments on covers and blanks; * Carrying out duties safely and encouraging others to do likewise, thereby safeguarding everyone’s physical integrity while adhering to the customer’s and AUNDE’s safety policies and best practices; * Understanding the control plan; * Understanding the integrated policy (Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety); * Understanding objectives and targets of performance indicators (Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety); * Knowing communication channels; * Knowing emergency channels; * Fulfilling duties and responsibilities related to preparation for and response to emergency situations; * Identifying hazards, risks, and opportunities within the area; * Identifying aspects and impacts associated with the area; * Contributing to the effectiveness of the OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) management system, including benefits derived from improved OHS performance; * Understanding implications and potential consequences of noncompliance with OHS management system requirements; * Maintaining records of incidents and investigation results relevant to the area; * Withdrawing from work situations presenting imminent and serious danger to life or health, as well as taking protective measures against resulting consequences.
