Experience with agile methodologies and generative AI São Paulo, SP Senior About the Role: Responsibilities: ✔ Lead the full lifecycle of digital products and AI solutions—from conception to rollout—ensuring scalable deliveries and measurable outcomes. ✔ Conduct discovery and user research processes, including interviews, benchmarking, and hypothesis validation to map workflows and business opportunities. ✔ Define and monitor success metrics (KPIs, OKRs, ROI), promoting continuous performance analysis and financial impact assessment of product initiatives. ✔ Prioritize requests and roadmap based on business cases, impact, and expected return, using prioritization frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW, OI). ✔ Act as the interface between business and technology teams, translating strategic needs into technical requirements and user stories. ✔ Deliver executive presentations and reports to stakeholders, senior management, and C-level executives, supporting decision-making and communicating generated value. ✔ Ensure AI governance best practices and guardrails, including defining model performance metrics and stakeholder upskilling pathways. Requirements: ✔ Proven experience managing and launching digital products, with a track record of scalable and measurable solutions. ✔ Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), Jira-based project management, and dynamic discovery and continuous refinement practices. ✔ Technical background in APIs, automation tools (Power Automate, n8n), and system integrations. ✔ Knowledge of LLMs, generative AI, analytics, and A/B testing. ✔ Ability to define and track AI performance metrics (precision, recall, F1-score, accuracy, etc.). ✔ Strong communication and influence skills, with experience delivering executive presentations and defending business cases. Nice-to-Haves: ➕ Experience in AI governance and designing upskilling pathways for teams and stakeholders. ➕ Proficiency in no-code/low-code tools for integrating digital solutions. ➕ Experience in innovation and digital transformation projects focused on measurable financial impact. Work Model: Hybrid, with 3 days per week onsite (initially Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
