Job Summary: We are seeking a Marketing Cloud Intern to support digital campaign automation and build intelligent Email Marketing, SMS, and Push Message campaigns. Key Highlights: 1. Learn how to create personalized experiences at scale. **You’ll have the chance to work alongside the best digital marketing professionals!** We are looking for an **Intern** to work with **Marketing Cloud**, supporting analysts and technical leads in automating digital campaigns. Although this is not a software development position, foundational programming logic knowledge is essential, as you will be challenged to use technical capabilities to build intelligent **Email Marketing**, **SMS**, and **Push Message** campaigns. Throughout your internship, you will gain exposure to some of the market’s leading CRM and automation platforms, including: **Salesforce Marketing Cloud**, **Oracle Responsys**, **Braze**, **Insider**, **Adobe**, **MoEngage**, and **Emarsys**. This is an opportunity for those eager to explore the intersection of technology and marketing—learning hands-on how to create personalized experiences at scale. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the creation of email, push, and SMS campaigns on Campaign Management platforms; * Support the design of marketing campaign solutions for our clients; * Support audience segmentation using SQL or native features of Campaign Management platforms; * Support the transformation of static HTML into highly personalized HTML, where the final rendered output adapts to the recipient; * Support integration of landing page and form data with platforms, and use that data to trigger campaigns. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Technology, Marketing Cloud, or related fields; * Availability to intern for at least one year; * Strong interest in and affinity for the online and technology markets are essential, along with curiosity to learn new tools and methodologies; * Behavioral skills and adaptable, self-managed, dynamic profiles with strong interpersonal communication; * Programming logic; * SQL; * HTML and CSS; * JavaScript; * Problem-solving ability and self-directed learning. **Additional Information** * Intermediate English or Spanish (speaking, writing, and reading) is a significant advantage.
