




Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to perform financial and accounting reconciliations, treasury controls, and support strategic routines in a dynamic and complex environment. Dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement and process evolution We are looking for a **Senior Treasury Analyst** to handle financial and accounting reconciliations, treasury controls, and support strategic routines within the area. This person will play a key role in organizing processes, interfacing with internal departments, and contributing to improvements and automation initiatives within a highly complex environment handling large volumes of data. **Your Responsibilities** * Lead financial reconciliation and accounting reconciliation of the group's consolidated bank position * Supervise treasury assistants and act as the liaison between the finance team and other departments * Drive continuous improvements in daily reports and reconciliation processes (including automated reconciliation in the system) * Report on controls and reconciliations of suspense accounts, supporting the accounting team * Support and respond to external audits related to Treasury processes * Manage insurance contracts—including procurement, renewals, and terminations (Performance Guarantee, D\&O, Cyber Risk, tax, civil, and labor guarantees) * Support requests related to financial investments and cash flow **What We’re Looking For** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields * Solid treasury experience (minimum of 4 years) * Knowledge of financial investments, cash flow, insurance, accounting, and suspense accounts * Strong expertise in bank reconciliation * Ability to handle large volumes of data * Experience with market ERPs (SAP, Oracle, or Protheus) * Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills ✨ **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in large corporations (Large Corporate), preferably publicly traded companies * Experience managing complex corporate structures and multiple CNPJs * Involvement in financial projects or process improvement initiatives * Experience with financial automation **Behavioral Competencies** * Analytical mindset and attention to detail * Organizational skills and discipline in meeting deadlines * Proactivity and ownership mindset * Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills * Systemic thinking and focus on continuous improvement If you seek a dynamic environment with high complexity and opportunities to propose improvements and evolve processes, join our team!
