If you love technology, enjoy challenges, and believe in the power of collaboration to achieve great results, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** Develop and maintain microservices and APIs based on hexagonal architecture, ensuring data exposure to various clients via REST APIs and enterprise topics. Drive the evolution and modernization of legacy applications written in VB6, VB.NET, and ASP.NET, integrating\-them with new solutions built on .NET and microservices. Build adapters, message buses, and anti-corruption layers (ACL) to securely and loosely couple legacy systems with new services. Ensure sound architectural and software engineering practices by applying patterns such as Hexagonal Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Clean Architecture. Implement asynchronous, event-driven communication using RabbitMQ to ensure resilience and decoupling between services and data systems. Create and optimize SQL and NoSQL queries, ensuring efficiency and performance in high-volume data environments, optimizing transactional and analytical workload processing. Automate testing and CI/CD pipelines to promote quality, traceability, and continuous delivery. Monitor system performance and identify bottlenecks, ensuring fast response times and system scalability. Support the squad in resolving complex technical issues, ensuring alignment with project architecture. Work with data pipelines and integration with the Data Lake, enabling efficient ingestion for use by Data Science, BI, and analytical application teams. Collaborate with DevSecOps teams to promote environment security and governance, ensuring compliance, traceability, and protection of sensitive data. Implement caching strategies and latency optimization techniques to guarantee fast responses for end users and analytical systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** Strong backend development experience using **.NET Core and .NET Framework (C\#)**. Practical knowledge of VB.NET or VB6\. (Preferred). Experience with microservice architecture. Hands-on experience with hexagonal architecture and messaging patterns. Experience with REST APIs and multiple data delivery models, such as messaging and data marts. Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure automation using Azure DevOps. Familiarity with observability practices, distributed tracing, and logging. Solid expertise in relational database modeling and optimization **(Oracle and PL/SQL)**. Sybase (Preferred). Ability to work with systems handling high-volume data and transactions. Prior experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and collaboration within multidisciplinary squads.
