Work Location: Av. Paulista \- SP Schedule: 5x2 **Key Responsibilities and Activities:** * **Data Collection and Analysis:** Collaborate with operations, sales, and marketing teams to ensure data is collected accurately and in a timely manner. * **Insight Generation:** Conduct in-depth analyses to deliver valuable insights that help optimize processes and identify improvement opportunities. * **Reports and Dashboards:** Prepare management reports and dashboards to monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and inform business decisions. * **Strategic Support:** Present data findings clearly and persuasively to influence company strategies. **Required Qualifications and Skills:** * **Technical Skills:** Strong data analysis skills. * **BI and ERP Tools:** In-depth understanding of BI tools and ERP systems. * **Database Knowledge:** Experience with **SQL.** * **Software Proficiency:** **Advanced Excel** and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar). * **Communication:** Ability to communicate data findings clearly and persuasively.
