We are an inclusive company for all individuals who wish to do their best every day—regardless of gender, ethnicity, orientation, or any other condition—and our selection process is based on neutrality. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Architect/Develop (hands\-on)** Design/implement APIs/services in .NET/C\# (Java/Spring as a plus), versioning, idempotency, retries, safe reprocessing (DLQ), caching, and circuit breaker. * **Critical Integrations** Lead and stabilize integrations with Sinacor/Sincad/B3 and other internal systems/suppliers; ensure non\-duplication, traceability, and evidence (before/after/who/when). * **Reliability/Observability** Define/operate SLO/SLI, logs, metrics, and alerts (CloudWatch/Prom/Grafana); feature flags, blue/green/canary deployments, and safe rollback.Incidents/RCA (zero recurrence) Lead timeline, containment, diagnosis, and RCA with preventive actions, communicating with business areas (Core Inst., BackOffice, Brokerage) and suppliers. * **Technical Leadership/Mentoring** Elevate technical standards (PR reviews, coding standards, tests), mentor JR/PL/SR engineers, require minimal documentation per delivery, and foster automation. * **Change/Release Management** Orchestrate GMUD, go/no-go criteria, schema/database migrations, and integration mechanisms with compatibility and frictionless cutover across teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience in the capital markets, preferably at a securities brokerage, including integrations with Bacen/Selic, B3/Sinacor, and brokerage operational routines (Core/BackOffice). * Hands\-on experience in .NET/C\# and Java (production), building APIs/WS and critical integrations with testing and observability. * Advanced SQL (modeling, indexing, performance optimization). * Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * Languages \& frameworks: .NET Core/C\#, Java/Spring Boot. Architecture: microservices, event\-driven, CQRS. Messaging/streaming: RabbitMQ/SQS and Kafka. Cloud (AWS): Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS/Aurora (MySQL/Postgres), CloudWatch; security/HA. Databases: SQL/Aurora/MySQL/Postgres, Oracle, MongoDB/DocumentDB. DevOps/Quality: CI/CD (GitHub Actions/Jenkins), unit/integration/contract testing, end-to-end observability.
