Responsibilities and Duties * Administer and maintain SAP Basis systems, as well as Hana, Sybase, Oracle, and MS SQL Server databases; * Perform SAP environment monitoring and troubleshooting; * Implement and validate patch and correction updates; * Configure and optimize SAP system performance; * Perform data backups and restorations; * Identify and propose improvements to SAP system processes; * Analyze EWA reports; * Conduct root cause analysis for events and incidents; * Develop improvement proposals, including advocating for them with internal teams and our clients; * Document environment procedures and configurations. Requirements and Qualifications * Experience in SAP Basis system administration. * Advanced knowledge of SAP NetWeaver. * Experience with information technology solutions. * Ability to resolve technical issues. * Analytical ability and logical reasoning skills. * Teamwork is essential. * Ability to transfer knowledge. * Ability to build empathy with our internal teams and our clients. 2511040202261620389
