Organize and prioritize customers’ administrative requests. Manage deadlines and track requests in internal systems. Support customer meetings, including recording information and following up on actions. Update and manage data in internal systems and control spreadsheets. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Executive Secretary, or Administrative Coordinator may indicate suitability for some of the tasks associated with this position. High school diploma required.
