Responsibilities: Internal and external customer service via digital channels (phone, email, and WhatsApp), providing support in the following areas: Financial: issuing duplicate invoices, consent letters, and other documents; Logistics: tracking order status and scheduling pickups; Commercial: order entry, modification, and cancellation.
