Minimum 6 months of experience as a Cargo Monitoring Operator is desirable; knowledge of tracking systems (Autotrac, Omnilink, Sascar, Sighra, Onixsat, Positron); completed high school education; availability to work rotating shifts and weekends; basic computer skills; good communication skills and ability to work in a team. (Candidates without experience are also accepted) **Main duties/responsibilities:** \- Approval of monitoring requests \- Sending configurations \- Reading macros and messages \- Identification, reading, and handling of incidents according to standards and procedures. \- Active and reactive telephone support \- Sending commands and messages \- Providing guidance to drivers on the road regarding procedural violations. \- Operating the integrated system and other monitoring technology systems as required by operational needs. \- Providing meal breaks (coffee and lunch) for coworkers.
