You’ll be responsible for **developing new projects**, working **hands-on**, with emphasis on technical quality, performance, and adherence to software engineering best practices. ### **Why you?** If you meet the requirements below, this opportunity may be right for you: * Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields**; * **Advanced English (C2 level)**, with ability to communicate effectively in an international environment; * Solid experience with **Java 8 or later**; * Practical knowledge of **Hibernate/JPA**; * Experience with **caching mechanisms**, such as **Redis**; * Strong command of **design patterns** and development best practices; * A **hands-on profile**, capable of handling complex projects; * Experience in the financial sector—especially in **Wealth \& Asset Management**—is considered a plus; * Java-related certifications are a plus. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Develop **new projects** targeting the **Wealth Management** industry; * Build Java-based backend solutions following standards of quality, performance, and scalability; * Apply **design patterns**, caching strategies, and architectural best practices; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an international environment; * Contribute to the technical evolution of solutions, ensuring code stability and maintainability; * Support delivery of solutions aligned with business objectives. **What we offer:** Meal Allowance, Food Voucher, Transportation Voucher, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Corporate University and other Educational Benefits, Wellhub, Profit Sharing (PLR), and much more.
