Store Manager \- Women's clothing, footwear, and accessories \- Shopping Trimais Tucuruvi \- São Paulo * Focus on commercial management and people management; * Develop commercial strategies to achieve sales targets; * Ensure proper product display and organization in the store, following company guidelines; * Analyze and pursue sales targets to increase store revenue; * Monitor performance indicators; * Hire, terminate, and train staff; * Provide feedback, train staff, and reduce turnover; * Handle store administrative tasks; * Control product inventory and oversee goods receipt; * Responsible for store opening or closing, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and administrative procedures.
