Knowledge of Protheus architecture and clear communication **[Support] Junior Technical Support Analyst | Protheus** ============================================================= TOTVS | São Paulo - SP | Hybrid Job Description The TSS Support Analyst’s primary objective is to assist customers with questions related to using TSS in the Protheus ERP. Topics include tax obligations such as Electronic Invoice (NF-e), Service Invoice (NFS), Electronic Freight Bill (MDF-e), Electronic Manifest (MDe), and other electronic documents. Responsibilities and Duties WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Support customers via phone, chat, or web-generated requests; * Conduct testing in standard environments; * Route reported incidents to development; * Set up databases, handle error.log files, and address various TSS-related topics. Requirements and Qualifications **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technology fields; * Knowledge of Protheus architecture; * Clear and coherent oral and written communication skills; * Teamwork orientation. * Knowledge of programming logic, coding, and source code debugging will be a differentiating factor for this role.
