Committed to hygiene and food safety **Position: Kitchen Assistant (Focus on Pre-Production) | Dunas Bar** Are you organized, agile with a knife, and do you enjoy preparing everything so the show can go on seamlessly? Dunas Bar is looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team and become the right hand of our operations! In this role, your contribution will be essential: ensuring all ingredients are fresh, properly cut, and neatly organized so service runs flawlessly. **Your Responsibilities:** * Cutting and Preparation: Washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables, meats, and fish according to house standards. * Pre-Production: Preparing sauces, cutting, and portioning side dishes. * Organization: Maintaining kitchen inventory and cleaning the work area. * Support: Assisting chefs during initial daily setup. **Job Details:** * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, from 09:00 to 18:00 (Fixed day off on Sundays). * Employment Type: Formal employment contract (CLT). * Location: Dunas Bar. **What We’re Looking For:** * Prior kitchen experience (a plus). * Skill and agility in knife cutting. * Commitment to hygiene and food safety standards. * Proactive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
