Job Summary: Mid-level Java Developer to work on microservices using Java 17/Spring Boot 3, event-driven integrations with Kafka and RESTful APIs, ensuring code quality and adherence to modern architectural patterns. Job Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain Java 17 / Spring Boot 3 microservices in the \*credit cards\* domain * Implement event\-driven integrations with \*Apache Kafka (MSK)\*, including batch consumers, DLT/Retry patterns, and idempotency * Develop RESTful APIs following the \*API\-First\* approach with OpenAPI * Implement integration routes using \*Apache Camel\* for service proxying/orchestration * Work with \*PostgreSQL (Aurora)\* and \*MongoDB (DocumentDB)\* databases using Spring Data JPA and Spring Data MongoDB * Integrate with legacy systems (mainframe) * Ensure code quality through unit tests (JUnit 5, Mockito), integration tests (REST Assured), coverage (JaCoCo), and static analysis (SonarQube) * Follow \*Hexagonal Architecture\* principles and automated architectural validation (ArchUnit) * Participate in full CI/CD lifecycle using GitHub Actions, Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes * Implement resilience patterns (Resilience4j) and observability (OpenTelemetry, telemetry) * Collaborate with the team in agile ceremonies and code reviews.
