Focused on innovation, the company offers products that improve vehicle efficiency and performance. **Responsibilities:** Analyze production planning to ensure targets, quality, costs, and safety. Support leadership throughout all stages of the production process, from raw materials to final product. Identify improvement needs in methods, processes, and line layouts. Optimize machine setup and adjustment time to reduce idle time. Plan and implement continuous improvement actions in production. Conduct line stoppage analyses and propose actions to reduce waste. Support the operational training plan and indicator analysis. Act as backup for the production leader during absences and accompany audits.
