**Responsibilities:** * Perform cash register operations; * Enter fiscal invoices; * Input and update daily control spreadsheets; * Provide customer service both in person and via WhatsApp; * Serve customers who opt for in-store pickup; * Manage the motoboys’ BAG; * Operate the iFood app, managing orders and deliveries; * Coordinate the three available delivery methods (Uber, motoboy, and iFood), ensuring smooth operation of this process stage; **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in the delivery segment is a plus; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Must reside nearby; * Proactive, organized, and possessing strong communication skills. **Work Schedule:** Rotating 6 days on / 1 day off schedule (plus one Sunday per month), from 4:30 PM to 12:20 AM.
