We operate anonymously, adhering to privacy best practices and complying with LGPD and other regulations. Thus, companies with mobile apps use Incognia to verify user identity seamlessly during new account creation, authenticate logins, detect and assess fraud risk in high-risk transactions—all while protecting user privacy and maintaining an optimized experience throughout the app journey. We are currently headquartered in Palo Alto, California (USA), and much of our team works remotely from various locations across Brazil and the United States. Our technology runs on over 300 million mobile devices, forming a powerful network effect, and we deliver ultra-precise risk assessments with extremely low false-positive rates to clients in more than 20 countries.
