Responsibilities and Duties * Develop medium- and high-complexity technical solutions with minimal supervision and limited support, using project-related technologies; * Possess in-depth knowledge of the software architecture and ability to operate within it via analysis of its components, organization, and functionalities. * Create highly complex tests—manual or automated—that cover the desired behavior of developed technical components. * Document development stages by recording them in version control and documentation tools. * Mentor and collaborate with the development team to identify business, architectural, and design solutions. * Maintain software quality by reviewing processes, tools, and available best practices. * Mentor junior developers by addressing their questions, disseminating knowledge, and architecting solutions. * Specify medium- and high-complexity requirements through direct interaction with clients and involved departments. * Develop medium- and high-complexity technical solutions with minimal supervision and limited support, using project-related technologies; * Use pre-defined frameworks for solution development. Requirements and Qualifications * Minimum 5 years of proven experience; proven experience developing applications using Delphi; * Development of database objects for ORACLE (PL/SQL); * GIT version control tool; * Experience creating REST APIs; * Knowledge of the Horse framework; * Advanced knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming; * Unit testing (DUnit); * Preferred: familiarity with DevExpress, Report Builder, BD components, and ACBr; * Knowledge of software development best practices: * + Clean Code; + Defensive Programming; + SOLID; + Design Patterns; + MVC; * Knowledge of agile software development methodologies; * Minimum 5 years of proven experience. Desirable Requirements * Experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Azure AI); * Familiarity with data science; * Knowledge of microservices architecture to isolate AI routines; * Curiosity about process automation using Machine Learning; * Experience—even brief—in projects involving AI, automation, or innovation; * Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, or other generative AI platforms; * Basic understanding of prompt engineering, API usage, or system integration.
