Provide customer support and monitor performance metrics A clothing store is seeking an E-Commerce Assistant in Nova Friburgo (Olaria). **Responsibilities:** Assist in managing and updating the e-commerce website, ensuring products are correctly listed and up to date. Help create digital marketing campaigns to promote products and increase sales. Provide customer support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to online purchases. Monitor website performance metrics, such as conversion rate, average order value, and bounce rate, and propose improvements to optimize user experience. Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely product delivery. Previous experience as an E-Commerce Assistant, Online Sales Assistant, E-Commerce Operator, or E-Commerce Support may indicate familiarity with some of the tasks associated with this position. High school diploma required.
