




**Job Description** Responsible for providing support in **Human Resources (HR)** and **Payroll Department (DP)** routines, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, time tracking, and benefits administration. The professional will work closely with the team, contributing to **efficient people management** within the supermarket. **Main Responsibilities** * Support **recruitment and selection** processes for employees; * Carry out **hiring and termination** procedures; * Assist in **time tracking**, absences, overtime, and hour bank management; * Support activities related to **vacations, leaves, and licenses** (medical, maternity, etc.); * Assist in administrative tasks within the **Human Resources and Payroll** areas. **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed high school (preferably a higher education degree in HR Management, Psychology, or related fields); * **Experience:** Minimum of **1 year** in HR and/or Payroll department routines; * **Skills:** * **Office Suite** and basic computer knowledge; * **Personal competencies:** Good communication, organization, proactivity, and teamwork.
