Main Responsibilities * Provide support to manufacturers, giving information and solving questions. * Organize and file documents, ensuring proper management of branch paperwork. * Control inventory of materials and supplies, placing orders when necessary. * Assist in billing processes and invoice issuance, following company guidelines. * Support other branch departments, collaborating for team integration and efficiency. * Perform administrative support tasks, such as filling out spreadsheets and reports. * Participate in meetings and training sessions, seeking to improve knowledge and skills. * Contribute to maintaining organization and cleanliness of the workplace. * Follow company safety regulations and internal procedures, ensuring everyone's well-being. * Collaborate with the continuous improvement of the branch's administrative processes, suggesting ideas and solutions. Requirements * Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * **Minimum experience of 6 months to 1 year** in administrative, logistics, or customer service/relationship roles (or internship in the field). * Intermediate knowledge of Office Suite (Excel), and familiarity with management systems (ERP) and basic logistics and inventory processes. * Organizational skills, good communication, attention to detail, proactivity, interpersonal skills, and agility. Advantageous: * Previous experience (even brief or through internship) with fashion/lingerie products. * Basic knowledge of invoice issuance. * Proactive profile and ability to find solutions for operational issues.
