Description: Job Description We are looking for a Network Quality Supervisor to oversee the calculation and monitoring of availability indicators (uptime, MTTR, MTBF) for network links and critical equipment. Use incident data to optimize processes, tools, and network architecture. Assess technical risks, challenge plans, and demand effective rollbacks. Ensure root cause analyses (RCAs) for major incidents to prevent recurrence. What we’re looking for in this opportunity: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in IT, Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Basic computer literacy, knowledge of Computer Networks and Telecommunications. Nice-to-have qualifications: * Familiarity with Google tools (Sheets, Docs) and monitoring systems; * CCNP / CCIE / CCNA certifications.
