




**Technical Support Operator – AMO Internet** **Work Location:** Cachoeiras de Macacu – RJ **Hourly Position** Provide internal support to address network connectivity-related requests through personalized, excellent, clear, objective, and human-centered service. **Job Responsibilities:** * Handle customer inquiries via phone and chat regarding internet, SIM card, telephone, and value-added services (SVAs); * Build customer relationships, focusing on personalized resolution of reported issues; * Perform call-backs; * Take over conversations stalled in the chatbot; * Request maintenance services for customers as needed; * Request specific financial arrangements through customer service when necessary; * Address service requests opened by stores; * Assist, guide, and direct customers to resolve connectivity outages and network instability, ensuring full use of the contracted service; * Resolve issues and provide guidance related to activation and operation of bundled services; * Remotely verify customer network configurations and equipment settings; * Assist in troubleshooting and provide guidance regarding customer devices (video game consoles, cameras, TVs, printers, mobile phones, tablets, repeaters, routers, computers, and laptops); * Perform other related duties of the same nature, as requested by coordination. **Education:** * Completed high school; * Technical course in computer science preferred; * Bachelor’s degree in progress—preferably in Information Technology or related fields. **Experience:** * Experience in customer service; * Prior experience in Technical Support within the telecommunications sector is a plus. **Knowledge:** * Basic computer skills; * Typing proficiency; * Basic knowledge of residential networking preferred.
