Your Mission Support the procurement officer responsible for the Indirects category, assisting in operational expense (OPEX) and capital expenditure (CAPEX) management. Your tasks include:* Administrative Support: Assist in initiating and tracking purchase requisitions; review and assess received requisitions. * Supplier Management: Support onboarding of new partners and organize required documentation for *compliance*. * Negotiation: Conduct low-complexity scope negotiations based on TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) principles. * Data Analysis: Analyze commercial proposals, build decision matrices, maintain spending control spreadsheets, and assist in preparing *saving* reports (cost savings). * Internal Interface: Facilitate communication between the Procurement team and requesting departments (Production, HR, IT, Engineering, etc.). Who are you? What we expect from you:* Completed high school or currently pursuing undergraduate studies in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Proactivity; * Strong communication skills; * Residency in Areal or Três Rios-RJ.
