That’s why we seek talents like you — those who dream big and want to make a difference! **Responsibilities and Duties** To build this team with us, the candidate will face the following challenges: * Performing installation and repair services for FTTH and FTTA network technologies for residential customers; * Repairing/correcting service faults, including slowness, Wi-Fi issues, no connection, intermittency, etc.; * Removing cables from canceled customers to free up capacity for new customers; * Verifying access feasibility when the commercial team has doubts about whether our network is available in a given area; * Relocating equipment within the same residence (room-to-room moves); * Relocating equipment to a different address upon customer request; * Performing upgrades — replacing or adding equipment when the customer changes their plan; * Participating in training sessions and meetings when invited; * Performing other duties consistent with the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** Professional Profile We Seek: * Completed high school education; * Valid Category B driver’s license (permanent); * NR 10 (electrical safety) and NR 35 (work at heights) certifications preferred; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Availability for flexible working hours / travel; * Prior experience in telecommunications companies preferred. **Additional Information** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal voucher * Life insurance * Transportation voucher * Giga Inclusão — PCD dependent support * Total Pass * Birthday day off * Extended maternity leave (180 days) and paternity leave (20 days) * Psicologia Viva (available to those enrolled in Amil health plan) * E-learning platform on the intranet * Tour House: 5%–12% discounts on airfare purchases, hotel reservations, and car rentals * Movida: 10% discount applied to daily rental rates * Samsung Partnership Portal With the purpose of **connecting people, ideas, and businesses while promoting digital and social inclusion across Brazil**, Alloha Fibra is today the largest independent fiber optic group in the country.
