Job Summary: Professional responsible for assembling and testing solar panel components, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards. Key Highlights: 1. Contribution to process improvement **Job Description:** Assemble solar panel components, strictly following all work instructions and ensuring compliance with Safety, Quality, and Productivity guidelines; Perform functional tests, electrical inspections, component and system verifications according to specifications, and document them; Complete the solar panel assembly sheet and other subassembly records corresponding to each assembly operation; Properly use PPE and comply with safety procedures; Contribute to the development and/or revision of work instructions for the assembly process; Actively participate in motivational programs such as Improvement Teams and 5S; Maintain a clean and organized workplace; Actively participate in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) programs (where applicable); Assist in solar panel review, as well as rework or supplementary actions; Verify measuring instruments and devices for calibration status and validity period; Perform part recovery actions, such as cleaning, removal of oxidation, and minor adjustments, per technical guidance; Ensure proper maintenance of tools and equipment under one's responsibility; Responsible for the quality of one's workstation. **Requirements:** Completed high school education Experience in production lines and electronic assembly. **Preferred:** Technical courses in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics.
