Focus on continuous improvement and critical process analysis. **OPERATIONAL COORDINATOR** SALARY: DISCLOSED DURING INTERVIEW + Performance-based bonuses and incentives. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Operational cost management Supervise and manage warehouse activities, loading and unloading, arrange vehicles for travel and distribution, as well as third-party hiring Coordinate and participate in meetings with staff Identify training needs Record potential non-conformities and take corrective actions Participate in critical system analyses to promote continuous improvement of departmental processes Conduct client visits when necessary. **KEY ACTIVITIES** Supervise loading and unloading processes; Manage teams of assistants and inspectors; Control and receive customer loading orders; Assess technical characteristics of cargo and merchandise volume. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE** Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in the field. **REQUIREMENTS** Completed bachelor's degree. Experience in loading, pickup, and distribution is mandatory.
