Join our \#TimedeAÇO. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct Daily Safety Talks (DDS) aligned with daily tasks and associated risks; * Perform field safety audits; * Validate safety inspections and functional tests; * Prioritize work orders / service tickets by criticality and severity, manage ticket tracking and reporting, and stabilize backlog; * Assemble complete work packages (scope, parts, tools, access, LOTO, load testing); * Ensure scheduled maintenance is executed on time and within scope (MOTIF – Maintenance On Time In Full), rescheduling as needed based on criticality and operational windows, with proper communication, documentation, and approval; * Provide diagnostic technical support (mechanical, electrical, automation) and guide the team; * Monitor critical interventions, validate tests, and safely release equipment for operation; * Maintain inspection routes; * Care for the team: assign tasks, enable resources, remove impediments, provide on-the-job coaching; * Manage shift scheduling, attendance, well-being, recognition of best practices, and team engagement through continuous improvement initiatives (PINS); * Ensure calibration and certification of instruments under your shift’s responsibility, availability of shared tools and mobile resources (PTA, scaffolding, forklifts, and Munks); * Ensure quality of records (failure mode, root cause, hours, parts, photos) and attachments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Completed technical training in Mechanical, Electronics, or Electromechanical disciplines; * Mechanical Knowledge: * Translation, lifting, and rotation systems; * Gearboxes, motors, pulleys, drums, and brakes; * Steel cables and chains: sizing, inspection, and discard criteria (NR\-11 / NBR 8400); * Mechanical adjustments and alignments; * Basic knowledge of lubrication and tribology. * Electrical and Electronic Knowledge: * Electrical control systems; * Basic knowledge of frequency inverters and soft\-starters; * Electrical diagrams and instrumentation; * Basic knowledge of automation and control systems; * Preventive, Predictive Maintenance and Reliability: * Root cause analysis tools (Ishikawa, 5 Whys); * Maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, backlog, etc.); * Non-Destructive Testing (NDT); * Laser or conventional alignment; * Standards and Safety (Basic): * NR\-11: Transport, Handling, Storage, and Movement of Materials; * NR\-12: Machinery and Equipment Safety; * NR\-10: Electrical Installation Safety; * NR\-35: Working at Heights; * Operational safety, LOTO lockout/tagout, and labeling; * Daily inspections and safe operating procedures; **Additional Information** WHAT DO WE OFFER? * Multinational company with over 80 years in the market and a reference in the steel industry; * Highly learning-oriented environment with technical training programs; * On-site cafeteria; * Complimentary transportation; * 50% reimbursement for medications \+ health plan with co-payment \+ dental care \= extended to first-degree dependents; * Credit cooperative; * Market-competitive remuneration; * Profit Sharing Plan (PLR) tied to collective goals; * Subsidy for postgraduate studies, language courses, and training programs (per internal policy); * Private pension plan—we care about your future; * Food basket—delivered conveniently to your residence; * Uniform (Operational Area) with in-house laundry service—per company policy; * 6-month maternity leave \+ childcare allowance (for children up to 3 years old).
