Job Summary: We are seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to work in Itupeva/SP, conducting inspections, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on various systems, and contributing to continuous improvement. Contributing to continuous improvement schedules We are looking for a Building Maintenance Technician in Itupeva/SP to join the team of a renowned company specializing in professional property management for commercial, corporate, and logistics buildings. Responsibilities: * Conduct periodic inspections of buildings, identifying faults and proposing appropriate solutions. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, civil, and general systems. * Repair electrical systems and perform general maintenance tasks (e.g., unclogging, equipment repairs, etc.). * Assist external teams with services related to ventilation, refrigeration, alarm systems, and others as needed. * Contribute to the development and execution of continuous improvement schedules. * Ensure proper operation of systems and structures, consistently pursuing excellence in service quality. Requirements: * Prior experience in building maintenance. * Completed high school education. * NR 10, NR 18, and NR 35 certifications. * Technical Electrician course will be considered an advantage. * Higher education degree in a related field (currently enrolled or completed) is an advantage. Compensation and Benefits: * Salary: BRL 2,879.22 + 30% hazard pay. * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance. * Meal Allowance of BRL 605.00 per month. * Amil Health Insurance Plan. * Dental Uni Dental Insurance Plan. * Life Insurance. Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Minimum Education Level: Technical Course
