Focuses on strengthening skills and fundamental rights The Legião da Boa Vontade – LBV is hiring a **Social Educator**: The **Social Educator** is responsible for promoting citizenship and social inclusion, as well as community development and integration of groups facing social vulnerability, through socioeducational, cultural, and recreational activities, aiming to strengthen individual skills and knowledge of fundamental rights and guarantees—enabling individuals to overcome challenges and build autonomous life projects, in pursuit of a solidarity-based, altruistic, and ecumenical society. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct socioeducational activities—including dialogues, debates, talking circles, playful experiences, and artistic-cultural and leisure-based activities—to strengthen bonds among service users, their families, and unit staff; * Engage in continuous professional development to broaden general knowledge, explore contemporary societal themes, and deepen understanding of citizenship, with the aim of defining service axes and objectives; * Assist service beneficiaries in the dining area and foster autonomy through practical assistance and confidence-building skills; **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: **Completed High School (Bachelor’s degree in related fields preferred)** * Prior experience in the Service for Coexistence and Strengthening of Bonds (SCFV) is desirable * Availability to work flexible hours; **Additional Information** Workload: **200 hours per month** Schedule: **8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)** **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals; * Health insurance plan — effective upon confirmation; * Dental insurance plan — effective upon confirmation; * SESC membership; * Discounts at gyms and sports facilities — **Wellhub**; * Life insurance; * Training and capacity-building programs.
