Responsibilities and duties * Perform functional and automated testing; * Communicate with the international team using English and/or Spanish; * Promote a testing and quality culture beyond the QA chapter, contributing to building products that meet customer expectations; * Optimize work processes by identifying and implementing automation opportunities; * Plan and automate test scenarios, ensuring adequate coverage according to strategy, and integrate them into execution pipelines; * Collect and document bug evidence, support prioritization, and track resolution to ensure necessary re-testing; * Guide less experienced team members on best practices and software quality standards; * Propose and participate in technical discussions, seeking new tools and making technical decisions focused on platform improvement and quality. Requirements and qualifications * Advanced English for communication * Experience in App/Web/API testing (manual and automation); * Significant experience of +3 years in Automation using Playwright; * Experience as a Quality or Testing Analyst, and/or leading testing teams; * Experience with agile methodologies and agile frameworks; * Experience with manual functional testing; * Experience with CI/CD tools; * Technical knowledge of Structural Design Patterns applicable to test automation; * Experience with version control tools (GIT Flow) and test and defect management tools. 2511090202181796817
