Job Summary: Roller compactor operator responsible for soil and asphalt compaction, daily equipment inspections, worksite organization, and compliance with safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on safety and operational procedures **Responsibilities:** Operate the roller compactor according to instructions from the paving team. Perform soil and asphalt compaction to ensure quality and uniformity. Conduct daily equipment inspections (oil level, fuel level, tires/blades, general functionality). Assist in worksite organization and area signage during operations. Strictly adhere to safety regulations and operational procedures. **Requirements:** Proven experience as a roller compactor operator/driver. Valid driver’s license category C or D, per site-specific internal requirements; EAR endorsement preferred. Technical knowledge of safe heavy machinery operation. Availability to work on-site. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Any hours or days worked outside this schedule will be counted as overtime.
