Job Summary:
Coordinate and manage the Hospital Pharmacy, ensuring compliance, safety, and process optimization, with a focus on leadership and team development.

**Responsibilities:**
Coordinate Hospital Pharmacy activities, ensuring compliance with technical, sanitary, and institutional regulations; Manage medication and material dispensing processes, ensuring quality and patient safety; Lead, develop, and supervise pharmacists and pharmacy assistants; Monitor performance indicators and propose continuous improvement actions; Manage inventory, loss control, stocktaking, and supply to units; Participate in multidisciplinary committees (e.g., IPC, Patient Safety, Medication Standardization); Ensure compliance with hospital accreditation processes and regulatory requirements; Support the implementation and optimization of systems and processes related to pharmaceutical care; Interface with clinical teams, procurement, quality, and administrative departments.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy with active registration at CRF; (a differentiating factor);
* Leadership, communication, organization, planning, and people management skills.
* Postgraduate degree in Hospital Pharmacy, Clinical Pharmacy, Health Management, or related fields is desirable;
* Experience in coordinating or leading teams in a hospital setting;
* Knowledge of inventory management, performance indicators, sanitary legislation, and patient safety;
* Experience with hospital information systems (e.g., Tasy, MV, or similar);
* Knowledge of hospital accreditation processes (e.g., ONA, JCI, or equivalent) is considered a differentiating factor;
* Leadership, communication, organization, planning, and people management skills.
