#### **Responsibilities** * Perform general masonry work, including construction of walls, partitions, foundations, and concrete structures for road construction projects. * Prepare mortars and concrete mixtures according to technical specifications and correct proportions. * Lay bricks, blocks, and other construction materials, ensuring alignment, plumb, and level of structures. * Interpret civil engineering drawings and project plans to correctly execute tasks. * Operate manual and electric tools and equipment specific to the role, such as concrete mixers, rotary hammers, and laser levels. * Ensure safety at construction sites by using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhering to safety regulations. * Carry out repairs and finishing work on concrete and masonry structures, ensuring quality and durability of the construction. #### **Requirements** * Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Mason in infrastructure projects, preferably road construction. * Solid knowledge of masonry, concrete placement, and finishing techniques. * Ability to interpret civil engineering project plans and technical drawings. * Capacity to work with precision and attention to detail, ensuring construction quality and safety. * Completed elementary education. * Certification from professional qualification courses in civil construction is a plus. * Availability to work at various construction sites and on shift schedules, if required. #### **Skills** * Structural Masonry * Concrete Placement * Reading Project Drawings * Use of Laser Level * Material Cutting * Construction Safety * Fine Finishing * Concrete Mixer Operation * Material Calculation ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Performance Bonus, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Wellhub \- Formerly Gympass, Life Insurance, Transportation Allowance/Reimbursement, Accommodation, On-site Meals ### **Department:** OPERATIONAL
