Job Summary: Professional responsible for the full management of the fleet tire control and maintenance system, including inspections, inflation pressure adjustment, and service monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Tire control system management 2. Fleet tire mapping and periodic inspections 3. Monitoring of tire shop services and performance indicator tracking * Perform **tire control system management**, maintaining up-to-date records regarding status, position, service life, retreadings, and disposal; * Execute **fleet tire mapping**, identifying the correct position on each vehicle; * Conduct **periodic yard inspections**, evaluating overall condition, wear, damage, and compliance; * Carry out **tire inflation pressure adjustment** according to technical standards and manufacturer recommendations; * Perform **tire branding (hot stamping)** to ensure traceability and asset control; * Identify maintenance, replacement, or retreading needs; * **Assign and monitor tire shop services**, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality, and proper execution; * Monitor performance indicators (service life, consumption, losses, damage); * Implement preventive actions to reduce failures, risks, and costs; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, PPE usage, and internal procedures; * Prepare control reports and records as required; * Support internal and external audits related to tire management.
