Key Responsibilities: * Lead Strategic Sourcing processes, managing one or more material categories. * Conduct complex negotiations regarding contracts, amendments, and claims. * Analyze spend to identify opportunities; develop timelines and RFXs; perform cost analysis, tax analysis, domestic and international logistics analysis, cost breakdown, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), break-even analysis, and comparative proposal mapping. * Identify, assess, and qualify new suppliers with engineering support, applying technical, sustainability, capacity, quality, and cost criteria. * Analyze data and market trends, conduct financial analysis and cost modeling to develop and formulate category strategies. * Develop procurement strategies using advanced technologies and analytical tools such as SWOT, Kraljic Matrix, Ishikawa Diagram, and others. * Assess risk matrices for processes and suppliers. * Negotiate with suppliers and service providers to ensure competitive commercial terms aligned with internal policies. * Serve as the Procurement interface in pricing strategies and negotiations alongside Legal, Tax, Insurance, Finance, Supply Chain, ESG, and other departments. * Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers. * Monitor contract evolution and performance indicators to present scenarios and propose continuous improvement. * Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and safety standards for materials. 2512070202191909195
