Job Summary: In-person and telephone customer service, focused on dental emergencies, including data entry and protocol management. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to join the team of one of Brazil's largest healthcare operators. \*Work Schedule: 4 days on, 1 day off \- From 00:01 to 06:15 (midnight to 6:15 a.m.). \*Responsibilities: Customer service both in person and via telephone. Providing telephone and in-person service to clients and non-clients requiring urgent/emergency dental care. Additional responsibilities: entering data and images into the system, generating service protocols, approving authorization forms. Processing private-pay services, filing patient records.
