Job Summary: A professional responsible for assisting guests with luggage transportation, providing information, demonstrating equipment, and performing various tasks to ensure an impeccable stay. Ensuring guest safety and well-being Transport guests' luggage/personal belongings as requested (e.g., taxi/reception, reception/room, etc.); Attend to guests by fulfilling their service requests and providing necessary information; Assist front desk activities, including answering phone calls, taking and relaying messages when required; Accompany guests to their rooms, introduce them to the room, and demonstrate the operation of equipment and facilities; Perform external errands at banks, post offices, etc., as instructed by management; Assist with operations in other hotel departments as needed and based on availability; Maintain an immaculate hotel lobby, ensuring cleanliness, organizing newspapers and magazines, checking ashtray cleanliness, etc.; Ensure guest and overall hotel security by monitoring lobby activity and reporting any suspicious behavior to the security team; Provide reliable and safe transportation options (e.g., regular taxis, executive transport, etc.) upon guest request; Guide event participants regarding room locations, schedules, etc.; Purchase medicines or other items nearby the hotel upon guest request; Perform other related duties.
