Job Summary: We are seeking a PCP Analyst to plan and control production in a metallurgical plant, ensuring smooth workflow and on-time delivery, while monitoring inventory levels and performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. PCP experience, preferably in the metallurgical industry 2. ERP systems knowledge and intermediate Excel skills 3. Support in organizing workflow and monitoring KPIs We are looking for a PCP Analyst to work on production planning and control in our metallurgical plant, ensuring proper flow of manufacturing orders and adherence to established deadlines. The professional will be responsible for planning and scheduling production according to demand and customer orders, tracking and controlling production orders across all process stages, monitoring delivery deadlines and identifying potential production bottlenecks, as well as managing raw material and finished goods inventory. Additionally, the role includes issuing and tracking production orders in an ERP system, supporting the production team in organizing workflow, and monitoring production and performance indicators. Candidates must have prior experience in PCP, preferably within the metallurgical industry, knowledge of ERP systems and intermediate Excel proficiency. Familiarity with technical drawing reading and interpretation, as well as experience with metallurgical processes such as cutting, bending, welding, machining, and assembly, and knowledge of continuous improvement tools like Lean Manufacturing and 5S will be considered advantageous. We seek an organized professional with strong attention to detail, logical reasoning, and good communication skills.
