Communication and coordination among different levels of the construction site. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** * Supervise workers (masons, laborers, carpenters, etc.); * Interpret project drawings and guide the team during execution; * Control material usage and prevent waste; * Monitor construction schedules; * Ensure work is performed with quality, within deadlines and contractual requirements; * Resolve practical issues arising during execution; * Conduct measurements and verify completed work; * Validate budgets; * Serve as a liaison between workers, engineers, directors, and others. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Completed or ongoing bachelor's degree in civil engineering; * Practical experience in civil construction; * Availability for travel. **\*\* MUST RESIDE IN THE CITY OF AMERICANA \*\*** ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract:** CLT
