




We are looking for a professional experienced in **performance media, multichannel planning, and growth strategies**, to work strategically, ensuring efficiency, measurement, and scalability across national and local campaigns. **Key responsibilities:** * Design, execute, and optimize digital campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, among others) focused on lead generation and acquisition. * Plan offline media initiatives and coordinate their execution with the brand team and local partners. * Monitor on- and offline campaign KPIs, ensuring measurement and real impact of activities. * Manage information for agencies supporting Allp Fit franchisees: performance briefings, goals, analysis, and support. * Collaborate with BI and CRM teams to ensure audience segmentation, testing, and results tracking. **Day-to-day routine:** * Weekly meetings with the growth team and other departments (brand, expansion, CRM). * Analysis of reports and dashboards to create executive summaries of growth initiatives, sharing insights with agencies. * Review of creatives and audience segmentation. * Maintain a historical record of campaigns and best practices. * Monitor media planning and execute related tasks. **Candidate Profile** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Communications, or related fields. * Postgraduate studies in Media, Growth, or Digital are a plus. **Experience** * Minimum of **5 years** in digital marketing, performance media, and offline planning. * Experience within nationally operating companies (franchises, physical retail chains, retail, healthcare, or education). **Technical Skills** * Planning, execution, and optimization of multichannel campaigns: **Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Kwai Ads**, among others. * Experience in offline media: **radio, OOH (outdoor, busdoor), TV**. * Agency and local vendor management, focused on quality, results, and strategic alignment. * Advanced interpretation of KPIs: **CAC, ROAS, CPL, LTV, CTR**, incrementality, and other essential metrics. * Proficiency in data measurement and visualization tools. * In-depth knowledge of tagging, tracking, pixel configuration, UTMs, and events. * Execution of **A/B tests**, advanced segmentation, and statistical analysis. * Integration and analysis of multichannel data (media, CRM, BI). * Familiarity with automation tools, remarketing, and **growth hacking** strategies. **Behavioral Skills** * Proactivity and ownership mindset. * Analytical ability and business acumen. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Organization and results orientation. * Curiosity and an experimental mindset. **Specific Knowledge** * 360° media planning. * Agency and vendor management. * Performance and brandformance metrics. * Knowledge of offline campaign measurement and A/B testing is desirable.
