Implement safety, health, and environmental programs applicable to the company's business type and its clients; ensure strict adherence to policies, programs, and training across departments. Analyze and investigate all incidents/accidents occurring at the company's business units and propose preventive measures; develop and implement standards and procedures; monitor and implement statistics and indicators for controlling HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) programs. **Requirements** -------------- Technical Course in Occupational Safety (registered with the Regional Labor Office - DRT) Experience in occupational safety Numerical, written, communication, organizational, time management, and workload handling skills **Responsibilities** --------------------- 1\. Keep the company informed, via technical opinion (PGR), about existing workplace hazards, and advise it on measures for hazard elimination and mitigation; 2\. Inform employees about hazards present in their tasks—specifically those classified as unhealthy or hazardous—and about alternative measures for eliminating or mitigating such hazards; 3\. Monitor daily work execution to verify compliance with occupational safety and hygiene procedures, adapting them when necessary; 4\. Develop and execute occupational accident and occupational disease prevention programs in the workplace, evaluating their outcomes and monitoring changes requiring updates; 5\. Support activities of the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA), Ergonomics Committee, Fire Brigade, and Emergency Brigade; 6\. Inform employees about hazards present in their tasks—specifically those classified as unhealthy or hazardous; 7\. Monitor daily work execution to verify compliance with occupational safety and hygiene procedures; 8\. Recommend, request, and inspect fire protection equipment, audiovisual and instructional resources, and other materials deemed indispensable, ensuring compliance with required quality standards and technical specifications; 9\. Attend seminars, trainings, conferences, and courses aimed at professional exchange and development; 10\. Manage and distribute available uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE).
