**Position**: Permanent **Salary**: R$ 4.000,00 **Benefits**: Chartered transportation or transportation allowance; Basic food basket (Employee must bring their own meal); Hazard pay R$ 303.00; Attendance bonus R$ 100.00 **Location**: Itu and Salto **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, from 06:00 to 15:48 or Monday to Friday, from 07:12 to 17:00 (with a 1-hour break) **Requirements**: Technical or higher education degree in Quality, Production, or related fields; Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; Proficiency in measurement instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.; Knowledge of quality tools (Pareto, SPC, FMEA, Ishikawa, PDCA) **Preferred Qualifications**: Basic knowledge of machining and finishing **Responsibilities**: * Monitor the performance of deburring operators in channel cutting, deburring, blasting, and part finishing * Coordinate Final Inspection, Painting, and Internal Part Transportation * Request machine maintenance. * Perform identification and define standard parts for deburring. * Prepare shipping manifests (Romaneio) * Provide guidance on key points to accelerate part deburring * Identify defective parts and forward them to the PCP Department. * Instruct personnel in the department regarding company regulations, work procedures, safety protocols, and other job-related matters. * Identify causes of equipment malfunction and arrange necessary repairs as soon as possible * Supervise organization, hygiene, and cleanliness of work areas to maintain a conducive working environment. * Collect production data for input into the company’s operational system; * Input data and record production in the system; Type of position: Permanent CLT Payment: R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Basic food basket * Life insurance * Transportation voucher Education: * Completed Technical Education (Mandatory) Experience: * Quality Analyst (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site
