Opportunity: Senior Flexographic Printer at Lotus Convert We are looking for a professional with solid technical knowledge and a focus on productive excellence to join our Production team. If you have experience in flexography and seek a company that values quality and well-being, we want to meet you! Your Responsibilities: * Perform printing while ensuring quality standards and efficiency. * Execute complete setup (plates, anilox rollers, cutting dies, and blades). * Adjust pressure, color registration, and ink formulation. * Ensure preventive maintenance and preservation of modular, digital, and central drum equipment. What We Seek: * Proven experience in this role (preferably 4–5 years). * Advanced knowledge of graphic production processes. * Technical course in graphic processes is desirable. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and results orientation.
