




Job Summary: This position supports Research and Development in creating and improving frozen plant-based products, ensuring innovation, quality, and regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in the development and improvement of existing products. 2. Conduct market research to identify innovation opportunities. 3. Participate in pilot-scale and industrial-scale testing for plant-based products. **Responsibilities:** Responsibilities: **Assist in the development of new products and improvement of existing products.** Conduct market and trend research to identify innovation opportunities. **Participate in pilot-scale and industrial-scale testing, processes, and packaging for frozen plant-based products.** Support the preparation of technical documents, such as technical data sheets, product specifications, and development reports. **Assist in preparing documents for product registration with regulatory agencies (e.g., ANVISA), etc.** **Requirements:** Requirements: **Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Food Technology, Nutrition, or related fields (mandatory).** Postgraduate studies or courses in Product Development, Innovation, or related fields (preferred). **Mandatory training:** Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP). **Food safety standards and applicable food industry legislation.** Laboratory techniques and sensory analysis. **Knowledge of document management systems (preferred).** **Benefits:** Transportation allowance (VT), Life insurance, On-site cafeteria, Breakfast **Notes:** Support Research and Development (R&D) activities in creating and improving frozen plant-based products, ensuring innovation, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards.
