You will have the opportunity to collaborate with global teams, deliver monthly performance reviews, support the project team in developing and approving new products for respective product lines, and interact with aftermarket suppliers and customers. **What You’ll Do as a Senior Product Engineer:** * Update and approve products based on field feedback, test results, Quality Control, Assembly, and Production inputs. * Research and develop new technical solutions for automotive parts, anticipating aftermarket customer needs and tracking technological trends. * Simulate product application using pre\-defined engineering support tools to verify durability, functionality, and assembly feasibility prior to prototype construction. * Define, jointly with customers, suppliers, and other ZF plants, product approval and homologation criteria, and monitor test execution. * Provide technical support to the division for analyzing specification deviation impacts; warranty, 0KM, and assembly issue analysis; and internal and supplier manufacturing process optimization. * Define product applications for market catalogs; responsible for technical release approval. **Your Profile as a Senior Product Engineer:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with active CREA registration * Advanced English proficiency * Experience in undercar approval (Braking, Suspension, Steering, etc.); MS\-Office * Project management knowledge preferred * Willingness to work in a hybrid mode in Itu/SP **Why Choose ZF:** We offer Medical Assistance, Dental Assistance, Pharmacy Benefits, Life Insurance, Transportation Allowance, Childcare Support, Meal Vouchers, On\-site Meals, Private Pension Plan, Profit Sharing Program (PPR), SESI Club, Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave, Gympass (Wellhub), Credit Cooperative, and Educational Partnerships.
